    Any educational organisations success depends on the middle management as the top management just frame policies and the staff has to do as told but the middle management is the most pressurissed dept as it has to convey and coordinate with all levels and is often thought by the parents of students to be responsible if anything goes wrong. If things click right its credit goes to the staff or the owners/trust/top management.............no one gives credit to the middle level management. So consider the middle level management also at times and what all efforts they put in to make the school policies bear fruit without any recognition or appreciation. Be aware of others efforts too.......its just a request in public interest bçoz someone from your own family may be stuck in the middle level management, so think before you put your views whether it be praise or criticism. Thxs.
